You’re not missing your goals because of time or circumstances. We’ve all had the same 365 days over the last year. What did you make of it? The reason you maybe didn’t hit goals is because you don’t have (1) clarity/focus and (2) commitment
Before going into 2020 give yourself some serious TIME to reflect on the year. What went well? What didn’t go well? Where did I hit my mark? Where did I miss? Do this reflection so that you can piece together how you want to make 2020 different than 2019. What do you want more of? What do you want less of? What do you want to do? What do you want to accomplish? ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS!
Going into 2020 get crystal clear about what you want. Keep it simple.
My game plan going into 2020 is to have TWO major goals that I’m working towards. Not 5 or 6 and not definitely 10. Just TWO. Having less goals doesn’t necessarily make it easier. It makes you more focused. It makes you commit fully to those two things. And instead of having 10 things you’re working towards and keeping tabs on…it’s just 2. Having two goals is very simple and it’s black and white. There’s no room for excuses…
You either did them or you didn’t.
