The second is lowering and minimizing stress.
It’s important to be carefree and light and not be bogged down constantly by chronic stress. Chronic stress manifests as chronic disease both physically and mentally in the body.
The third and last, yet arguably most important is meaningful connection.
It’s important to have deep, meaningful conversations and relationships with others. It’s important to be heard and felt and seen and to also return the favor and be there to support others. We thrive as a tribe and it’s important to keep these times and experiences as frequent as possible.
Any and all of these three things can absolutely change the trajectory of your mood. They can change your days and your life if you let them. I know we talk a lot about different strategies to achieving a life of fulfillment… this is where you start!
